Votre mission


ADECCO MONACO recruiting an HR Projects Coordinator in permanent contract.
 
The position :
 
You will take care of developing platform for Learning & Development with introducing new courses and modernizing existing ones that are due to be implemented on the Group level
Successful candidate will be in charge of supporting application of newly implemented HRIS software on the Group level (client focused approach – helping with trainings and system integration)
In charge of developing newly introduced performance module Performance Pro by determining competences on a Group level, executing trainings of our employees and helping for the smooth system implementation to be up and running for the next yearly performance review
Being primary contact and support in implementation of newly introduced Global Payroll provider
Assisting on projects such as high potential identification and succession planning
Overall, in charge of the planning, management, execution and monitoring of HR projects
Co-ordinate and control the end to end process of capturing data for all key project documents
Develop, maintain, review and ensure accurate and timely completion of project documentation
Support HR leadership with the implementation of project development to ensure that the project’s scope, benefits, impacts, costs and timelines are fully described thereby resulting in effective and efficient execution
Coordinate meetings, draft minutes and action items and ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.
Update project sites with relevant supporting documentation ensuring documentation is kept regularly up to date
Assist with the production of end user documentation to support change management activities and overall communication 
 

Votre profil


Your profil :
 
1-2 years’ experience as a successful project coordinator with experience of leading projects within HR domain (such as implementation of new HRIS, Learning
Development projects, performance management, high potentials & succession planning etc.)
Demonstrated experience effectively using multiple software applications, systems savvy
Education: Master in HR or business administration / business management English level: fluent
