Votre mission

ADECCO MONACO recruiting an Administrative Assistant - Resources & Services for a temporary contract in the oil&gaz sector.
Job description :

Perform complex and diversified administrative duties with flexibility and ownership within your assigned remit and work closely with teams, managers, directors and external stakeholders.
Manage the agenda to ensure good balance and efficient schedules anticipating conflicting agendas and priorities, organise travel and accommodation, schedule meetings, and ensure that the Executive is provided with global logistics support.
Organise events and logistics, e.g., seminars, conferences, Town Hall
Ensure proper support for the preparation and consolidation of the different presentations to the Management stakeholders.
Take ownership of the timely delivery of dashboards, forecasts, projects follow up, etc to provide the Executive with the necessary time for review. Obtain input from the team and challenge the same if needed.
Manage Sharepoint site and updates as required
Responsible for supporting your assigned remit by pro-actively planning and completing the assigned activities, with the highest level of accuracy and on-time deliverables.
Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and on time
Performance feedback from relevant stakeholders


Votre profil

Job requirements:
- Minimum 5-year experience in Administrative Assistant role with Management Stakeholders for different functions

Good knowledge of Office Pack
SharePoint, Teams

Role modelling with digital tools, and data analytics

 - Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English & French
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Diplomacy and discretion, Excellent time and priority management, Capacity to perform in a changing work environment and adapt to expectations, you’re the good applicant!
